Told me I was denied because I don’t have rental history . That was not a requirement on the application . They are scammers and nobody answers the phone and this business is no longer running .

First time home owner, & my experience was the best, I know I had major issues overall on my end! But when you have a team that’s really works for you to seal the deal! This is the place! Horrible experience!! The “emergency” protocol is the same as regular maintenance request. I had family in town for the weekend. Our electricity went completely out in half of the house. No heat, couldn’t cook food. And this is in the middle of December. I was told to leave a voicemail and someone will contact you in 24hrs. Imagine having family, infants and toddlers with no heat in December.They also have a text message option which no one answers on the weekend.
