Don't get confused by the financial counseling meeting at intake: There's no point in seeking mental health services here if your insurance covers any other option. The only reason you might consider BBT is if you don't have insurance at all. But even then, I can't speak to what your experience would be or what surprise bills you may get.
Be careful if you need help and try to get it here. I had a remote appointment and missed it by 15 minutes (my responsibility). I called back immediately and couldn't get a human so I left a voicemail. No callback. I am concerned about people in deeper trouble getting ignored, otherwise I'd just forget this .org exists. They ask if you want to seek services elsewhere if you complain about anything. THERES ALOT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. when people are on medication, that is a evil game to play. They do not try to make you better ,no care for your well being or mental health. The staff changes all the time so obviously there are numerous internal problems as well as the problems us as patients have with the staff. Please seek help elsewhere as they literally dont care here.
