They ask if you want to seek services elsewhere if you complain about anything. THERES ALOT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. when people are on medication, that is a evil game to play. They do not try to make you better ,no care for your well being or mental health. The staff changes all the time so obviously there are numerous internal problems as well as the problems us as patients have with the staff. Please seek help elsewhere as they literally dont care here.
I think this place only caters to a very narrow population. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have Medicaid. It isn't really set up for anything but that. I'm sure they probably help some people, but for me, it was unfortunately a huge waste of time only to find out in the end, I can't afford what is basically a monthly membership fee, they don't even bill insurance.
