Over 3 different referrals to places that do not accept our insurance, the commication between insurance and billing is a hot mess. I have to force them into a 3 way call to even get close to being understood, no one is getting help because we have to sit and wait for referrals that we can't use.
I called this place on Wednesday afternoon and was told someone would get back with me 24 to 36 hours. Well it's been 48 hours, and I am going to jump out on a limb and just say it must be russe. Finding people serious about helping people is probably the biggest scam running. Not saying you're a scam but what other I have been given 1 opportunity to think positive and that horse left the barn already. People often ask why I didn't reach out for help.
