I contacted Bluebonnet Trails today during a mental health crisis, clearly explaining that I had limited financial resources and that I urgently needed support or guidance for counseling or crisis services. Instead of being offered crisis resources, low-cost options, or clear information about available services, I was told an appointment would cost $55 and that I needed a primary care provider, which I currently do not have. Personally, A one star review is still too high of a rating for these people. I would not recommend working here nor admitting any of your family members here. This is the only facility in Texas that I have seen where the workers are worst than the patients that get admitted here. The workers Assault you, verbally harass you, sleep on the job with the oven on, and allow the patients to handle chemicals by themselves which is a big risk factor in any facility.
