I reached out looking for a property management company. What I got was the perfect example of bake the cake and eat it too. On top of the monthly percentage management fee imposed %6 to %10, a service fee of $75 for every repair and service ticket. And guess what, they are the handyman service too. So, they get to pocket that too. Talk about conflict of interest. When I asked for a reference, I was given none.
