They just don’t know what they are doing. Every time I come here to get a cashiers check it takes for ever. I regret opening an account with them.
Extremely unprofessional experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM. When I arrived, there were three people in line being helped at the computers. A young man came over, asked for my name and the reason for my visit, and after I told him I had a 3:00 PM appointment, he said he would check me in and asked me to take a seat. This bank is always full. And they have no desire to atleast promote fast service. Taking there sweet little patience. And most of all RUDE. SMH.
