My experience with Bluebonnet at Waco was very negative. They didn't honor the contract as signed. They let the renter destroy my house and gave the deposit back without charge them for broken window , screens, holes on wall, broken sprinklers, etc, etc. Don't recommend them for your property management.
with over 20 years experience managing rentals Bluebonnet has what it takes to get things done!
OK as Property manager! – Will not charge more then 100 dolars for his fees as proterty manager. Problem fix! But, takes long to get feedbacks from him.
