Tim was super knowledgeable, explained his findings and answered all my questions. He was really friendly and was very honest with what he thought about the house. I reached out to him after his part was done with some follow up questions and he was quick to respond a super helpful even though he didn’t need to. I would highly recommend him if you need a home inspection!
Tim is my go-to recommended inspector for all of my real estate clients. He is unbelievably thorough, knowledgeable and lovely to work with.
