This was for a recall on a 23 bronco to replace the rear camera service is great completed it within a day
Held my truck for over a week before assessment and didn’t communicate with me. I had to reach out to get updates. I made an appointment beforehand and it didn’t make a difference. Wasn’t greeted and was passed around once I walked into offices. Mechanics did a good job and the checkout experience was fine. But the overall customer service was poor.
