I called the office three times prior to my scheduled 10:45 appointment to confirm, but no one answered. I arrived at 10:52, only seven minutes late. The person ahead of me was assisted for approximately three to four minutes before I was acknowledged. I was then informed that my doctor could not see me due to a scheduled surgery.
