I’ve called over a dozen times, left voicemails, and sent emails, and I still haven’t received a call back. If this office isn’t scheduling patients right now, that should be clearly stated on the voicemail instead of leaving people to repeatedly call with no response. This is incredibly frustrating and unfair to patients. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Our experience at Bluebonnet Foot & Ankle was very disappointing. My son’s first visit was for an ingrown toenail, and from the beginning, the doctor was rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than patients needing care. Unfortunately, our second visit for his ingrown toenail removal was no better. The doctor again came across as dismissive and acted as though we were bothering her. Very professional courteous and helpful. I felt heard.
The visit was great. They let me know what the problem was and relieved the swelling. The Doctor informed me what the growth was and what may happen next. Thank you for your expertise.
