Ms. Chloe is doing an amazing job with this community. We have been in this neighborhood for 16 years and she is by far the best manager we have had. She communicates and engages with everybody and is very professional. She is very friendly and you can tell she cares about the well-being of the community. If your looking for a great community to stay in, go see Ms. Chloe and she will take care of you!
-UPDATED VERY SNEAKY COMPANY! I was instructed to put a 30-day notice in and submitted this with a move out date of 06-17-2023. I was given a PRORATED amount via email for June charges until I vacated the unit. This was paid in office on time to the leasing manager. I just received a bill for the remainder of June, a $50.00 late fee and Julys rent as well. My name is Jeremy Raglin, I lived in the Bluebonnet Estates until March 2020. Before moving out, in accordance with my lease, I paid $500 to get out of the lease and I paid my rent for the month of March. I received a notice today stating that I owe Bluebonnet Estates $1,207.65 because I did not submit a "full 30 day notice" because my 30 day notice was dated March 1st, 2020 and it should have been dated March 3rd, 2020.
