Very unprofessional, the psychologist was not competent enough to diagnose my daughter properly. A simple misunderstanding caused turmoil and unmeasurable stress to our family. Do not recommend
I actually really appreciate how organized their systems are. Getting my evaluation and counseling at the same time was not an issue and being able to view all my info on the portal makes me life less stressful!!! Going to regular counseling on Jackson is so calm and welcoming. Appreciate all the support from the front to get me situated with anything and from my counselor who is so accommodating
great ambience! The place is very warm and welcoming. Staff is very friendly. They also have light refreshments and snacks which is a bonus if you’re waiting in there pretty long
I was referred here by my sister who would come to your clinic for counseling services. I got a psychological evaluation done at 20 years old, the diagnosis gave me and my parents so many answers and a better understanding of all the struggles I had as a child and now as an adult, this was life changing. They were very corteous, thorough and professional. It makes me happy to see our community becoming more aware and prioritizing mental health to improve our lives. Thank you Bluebonnet.
