Dr. Charles is great! he is very patient with one of my anxious dogs and always works to do her checkup in the most comfortable situation for her that day. He was such a great resource and voice of reason when one of our dogs ate a sock and needed emergency surgery. He also is so transparent with me on cost and options which is so appreciated when medical bills can pile up so fast in a emergency.
So friendly and accommodating! We moved from Austin years ago to New Braunfels and still make the trek back up here because we love this place so much! They always remember our pets and are so wonderful and down to earth.
