Dave of Blue Blaze managed my rental property in Weaverville NC for several years until I sold the property. He is honest, helpful and responsive. From the property owner’s perspective, he is resourceful and quick in referring skilled tradesmen to take care of needed repairs on the property. From the tenants’ perspective, he takes good care of the tenants’ needs promptly. I think this is a win-win situation for both parties. I strongly recommend him to both property owners and tenants alike in taking care of their needs.

I loved working with David and Josh. They were always responsive and followed through on everything I asked for and needed.
