bad review just for the simple fact that they pre-plan to take things out of your deposit that other landlords do for free. both elevators were left unusable for too long, should've made an ADA complaint. leafblowers are too loud and happen all the time.
Awesome place to live , good park , great service (jered is too good in identifying and solving the problem) and approachable management
There are lot of issues and management doesn't bother to address it. Elevators doesn't work and even if they service it it won't work for more than a week and again there will be one or the other issue. Maintenance service takes minimum a week even after multiple followups.
Amazing place! Nathan and Carlos were wonderful.
