Savannah was extremely helpful when we were moving, helped us navigate the website to get a unit as well as helped us schedule a free pick-up with ease 😌 She also has a friendly and welcoming personality when we show up
Required to update my email with a manager, once completed I asked to only receive communications via email vs. sms. Once she confirmed the changes to my account I get an sms update. Whenever I have issues you just let it keep happening and question if I have had issues :( Furthermore imo it seems like they withhold or delay changes so it seems more difficult than it is or blame the user.
awful just awful! Renee has no problem taking your money, but when he owes you a refund they ghost you. unbelievable horrible service
