Very quick and efficient service getting signed up for a storage unit Johanna was very professional and helped me get set up on the Noke app as well
This facility is great. Love the Bluetooth access using the app so you don’t have to worry about a lock. There are plenty of heavy duty carts for your use and vey clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and very professional. Today was our first visit and Michael, who manages the front desk, made sure we knew how to find our unit, use the app to enter the building and unlock our unit. So glad we chose Bluebird in Hooksett.
It is one of the best storage unit places I've ever utilized. They keep it clean, no keys required (app that uses Bluetooth, ir a fob if you want), plenty of space, high ceilings, friendly staff, decent prices. The Hooksett location is built on a hill and they set it up so that every level is "ground level" ... smartly done. The hours are the reason it's a 4 and not a 5. Access ends at 8 PM on the weekdays and even earlier on the weekends (6 PM on Saturday, 4 PM on Sunday). Definitely not a fan of the hours when many places ... read more
