They were very helpful with getting everything set up to move my stuff in. The facility in New a clean. The price is also affordable. I would recommend to anyone that I know who needs storage to go to blue bird. They also saved me from a horrible experience with another self storage and allowed me to condense all my belongings into one unit. Thank you

The customer service is exceptional, the front‑end staff are always friendly, and the entire place is consistently clean and well cared for. The prices are great, and the building even smells fresh every time I visit. I highly recommend them!

Brian was extremely helpful from start to finish. He went over and above to make my experience as smooth as possible and helped me determine size vs affordability and then made the whole process quick and efficient. The facility is well monitored and I liked that it has 3 indoor bays for unloading. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Excellent service, clean facility, friendly and reasonable employees! And the price is very competitive (at least as of writing this). Highly recommend Bluebird!
