Joanne certainly very helpful and kind. The office , units are very clean.
My wife and I rented a large unit to help in our relocation. Joanne was very helpful. I had just had surgery and was under doctors orders not to do any heavy lifting for 8 weeks. Joanne made sure she found us a drive up unit which helped me immensely and it was recently discounted which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Bluebird and the Truro location.
We rented a unit for two months to use as we transitioned from one house to the next. JoAnne was great to deal with, providing clear instruction on the rental process and even advised us we were eligible for a promotion that would save us some money per month. We were very pleased with the level of service provided and the facility as a whole. We would recommend Blue Bird Storage to anyone that was looking.

The auto light sensors are a little too far from the elevators on the 2nd floor so you have to walk towards them to activate the light
