This location is so clean and safe! I highly recommend this place. I found this after a bad situation at another storage company and Laurie welcomed me in with the best customer service - she was so kind, personable, and understanding. Laurie is the best!

Had a reservation for a 10x10 2nd floor storage. Tried to call them to let them know we will be there closer to 5-6pm, and no effective communication that was sent to us to reassure us anything, and when we return the call, noone picked up our call after multiple returned calls from our end. The woman who worked there spoke to us in a very rude tone towards my partner, when we arrived, shortly after she was coming out the entrance.
