I was blown away at how nice the staff member who helped me was, it was my first time renting storage - she took me on the full tour, showed me everything. Facility clean and felt safe, new, very impressed with the experience so far.
I just started my storage journey with Bluebird and what a welcome! Lori at the front desk was extremely friendly and she knew every person that came in by name. That’s service with a smile. The facility is clean, well lit and easy to navigate. The drive up, heated, indoor loading bay is an awesome perk too, weather is no problem with this place.
I been here two years. Laurie has been incredible customer service. She's gone above and beyond for us. Very clean facility. 5 star for sure.
