Huge shoutout to Mohamed at the 1580 Victoria Street, Whitby Bluebird location! I’ve had my unit for a few months now and I’m always impressed by how clean it is. I really appreciate the effort they put into maintenance, especially during the messy winter season. After visiting places like Smartstop and Access Storage I can confidently say this is the best experience I’ve had. No surprises ( No rental increase for a year, monthly billing ) I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to come here. Thank you Bluebird.

Had a reservation for a 10x10 2nd floor storage. Tried to call them to let them know we will be there closer to 5-6pm, and no effective communication that was sent to us to reassure us anything, and when we return the call, noone picked up our call after multiple returned calls from our end. The woman who worked there spoke to us in a very rude tone towards my partner, when we arrived, shortly after she was coming out the entrance.
