Had a reservation for a 10x10 2nd floor storage. Tried to call them to let them know we will be there closer to 5-6pm, and no effective communication that was sent to us to reassure us anything, and when we return the call, noone picked up our call after multiple returned calls from our end. The woman who worked there spoke to us in a very rude tone towards my partner, when we arrived, shortly after she was coming out the entrance. I can't say enough great things about this place! As someone new to storage units, I had no idea what to expect, but WOW—I was truly impressed. The facility is spotless, incredibly well-organized, and highly secure. The real highlight, though, is the phenomenal customer service. Laurie and Shannon are simply amazing! Every visit feels like catching up with friends—they’re warm, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. Thank you, ladies, for making this such a wonderful experience!
