I can't say enough great things about this place! As someone new to storage units, I had no idea what to expect, but WOW—I was truly impressed. The facility is spotless, incredibly well-organized, and highly secure. The real highlight, though, is the phenomenal customer service. Laurie and Shannon are simply amazing! Every visit feels like catching up with friends—they’re warm, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. Thank you, ladies, for making this such a wonderful experience!
Be careful with this company with regard to pricing. When I initially rented several months ago, customer service was very good and responsive. Suddenly with the addition of a new staff member, my rate has been changed with no notice or explanation and when trying to find out why, calls were not returned and conversations have been most difficult with their attempts to gaslight and over talk. Used Blue Bird for just over a year while moving to Halifax. Very clean building and units. Amazingly helpful and super friendly staff. The load bay and elevators makes loading and unloading extremely fast and easy free. And the AC in the summer is a huge bonus.
Fantastic staff delivering the best in customer service! The facility is located at a very convenient location and is clean and very well maintained. Prices are extremely competitive. I strongly recommend Bluebird Storage in Whitby for long or short term storage.
