I’m not one to leave reviews but i highly recommend checking out blue bird!! i knew as soon as i talked through the door it would be a good experience with a great environment. I booked with Kelsey and from the moment i sat in her chair she showed so much warmth!! constantly asking what i wanted and telling me what she was doing step by step and apologizing if she pulled my hair or the temperature of the water was too hot or cold. Clarissa is an absolute artist — every cut is precise, intentional, and exactly what you envisioned. Her attention to detail is truly unmatched, and you can feel the care she puts into her work from start to finish. I leave every single visit feeling like a completely new person. Highly recommend

If you value your hair, your time, or even basic professionalism, think twice before booking here. I came in with completely virgin hair asking for a simple, natural balayage — something I’ve had done before with zero issues. Instead, I ended up trapped in that chair for over five hours, longer than the owner was even present in the salon.
