I would love to speak with the owners and see if they know, or CARE, what really goes on within their facility. If they wonder why their turnover is so high or their staff are so stressed.
Both the London and the Marysville location are terrible facilities. Super expensive and the aides are not trained properly. For the price you pay this place should have highly experienced staff. The owner only cares about what goes in his pockets. He is a good actor and if he fools you like he did me then all you can do now is tell the next person you know not to make the same mistake as you did by putting their precious mom and dad in here to be left with poor care.
