Both the London and the Marysville location are terrible facilities. Super expensive and the aides are not trained properly. For the price you pay this place should have highly experienced staff. The owner only cares about what goes in his pockets. He is a good actor and if he fools you like he did me then all you can do now is tell the next person you know not to make the same mistake as you did by putting their precious mom and dad in here to be left with poor care. Excellent.
Can’t even get a call back.
My parents moved in early February. I was impressed with the amenities such as the movie theater, pub and ice cream shop. The administration kept us updated and were quick to respond to questions.
Food was high quality and plenty of stuff going on to keep mom and dad happy and safe together. Very nice facility and the staff is helpful and very patient with our finest generation of seniors.
