We had a great time at dinner with delicious food, great service and fantastic conversation. We went from the restaurant to the bar and concluded the night with a few drinks.
They would not accept our federal passport cards as a form of identification for drinks. We ended up just leaving because of it.
Business response:
When asked for a valid drivers license, you indicated you had "left it in the car". I suggest you bring it with you when ordering alcohol in a bar or restaurant, you look young and our staff is diligent. We have never seen a federal passport card used as an ID, some places will accept it, and some will not.
We selected the Bluebird for our wedding anniversary dinner. We were well taken care of and the meal was absolutely amazing. Thanks to everyone for making our visit so special! We can't wait to visit again in the future and highly recommend The Bluebird Restaurant & Tavern. Keith & Leslie Bean
