Psychiatrists are great, admin is not. This place really let me down
Hello!! Writing this review with the biggest smile and heart. I have genuinely had such a wonderful time and experience with Bluebird Psychiatry. Finding a mental health provider can be intimidating, and after trying to find the right fit and human, I can honestly say I feel incredibly lucky to have found them here :). This place is a scam. They took so much of my money and I got nothing in return. They string you along and keep trying more things so they can keep charging your card. After all of it they gave me 5 vivance capsules. No stars
This was my first time getting any sort of psychiatric evaluation done as a 20 year old and honestly I was scared going into it. Amazingly, the staff here is super reassuring and nice. They take the time to make you feel welcomed and comfortable! As for my experience itself, Dr. Ashley was super helpful in this first time process and I was super greatful to have met someone as patient as her. I highly recommend this place if you are a first timer like me and specifically if you’re looking to get evaluated for ADHD.
I have been seeing Bluebird for over five years. I truly love the option for telehealth. It makes things just a bit easier when dealing with everyday life. Our conversations are meaningful and helpful in so many ways.
