Whitley (and Bluebird in general) is incredible!! I went for my first tattoo and she did such an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and confident. And her artwork is just breathtaking. She took my inspiration pictures and made something unique and exactly what I was looking for. And if all that wasn’t enough, she is a master at taking your mind off of the painful parts.
