This is the worst homecare agency ever. They have incompetent non English speaking or lil English speaking aides that don't give a hoot about the patient are lazy etc. Haitian aids that will serve expired foods, freezer burned foods because they leave packages open and don' tcare the patients properly.. They don't have a field supervisor to make unannounced check calls on these people. They should. The coordination dept tries but not enough to rectify the needs of the patient and to fulfill their fiduciary duty.
It is a pleasure doing business with Bluebird! The office employees are really nice and professional! Thank you all and keep up your great work!
