Bluebird makes it so easy to navigate the hard processes with medicaid and getting my grandmother into homecare.
I came to apply to be an HHA at this establishment and the lady at the front desk in the Afro was so rude I changed my mind on wanting to work there. Absolutely disgusting and terrible. She was very condescending and she talked to me as if I was beneath her.
Blue Bird has been very helpful in providing great home care service. They were very responsive and attentive to our needs.
