attempted to use them for a repair and was advised they only work on fences they built. even after explaining the poor customer service from the company I had contacted previously. No where in Bluebirds web site does it say they only work on fences they build…..not a good way to attract new customers!
I was unable to use this company due to the location. This company is NOT located in Greenwood, they are located in Sheridan, Indiana. I cannot use names in the post but the person I spoke with today was VERY knowledgeable and shared a LOT of great information to help me on my fence selection process. He wasn't trying to get my business as I was outside the range but took 25 mins to go over the types of materials I need to look for and tips on selecting the right contractor for the job. It might have been good had he done what he said he was going to do at the beginning, but after our initial phone conversation, which souned like this was going to be off to a great start, I've never heard from him again.
