Rule chang on rewash Denied a second wash car was still visibly dirty won't be going back ever
Partly my fault for the poor review, I trusted that the job was gonna be done right for $30 plus tip. The windows I came home and redid the carpet on the back floor was just thrown in . When I finally got home, I just retail everything. It was not a good car wash. Sad to say I trusted that I would get my moneys worth and absolutely did not.
I was vacuuming out my jeep at the car wash today and I sucked up my keys. Matthew and Taylor were the ones who got my keys back for me! They were so kind, and were not stopping until they found my keys. I appreciated their genuine kindness and determination. It's so refreshing to come across kind people, who care about the well being of others. Thank you again, Taylor and Matthew!
Went to the location on Specht Ave. Her The helper was very kind and answered all my questions…. I think his name was Tyler G. Definitely will be back!
Even the basic package should get your car clean and not leave parts of the vehicle dry and still dirty. Don't hand me my receipt and say I can come back through if I'm not satisfied and then tell me when I come back through cuz my car doesn't look different than before the wash that "we stopped rewashes a month ago". Never going back when I can do better myself with a water bottle and shammy. Shoulda got more pictures but I was too annoyed.
