Got a membership when it was still Blue Bird, every since cobblestone bought it out it is progressively going down hill, some brushes completely miss my truck now, like my roof, front passenger door, & tailgate. Been a few times had to search for the drying towels cause most of them were full of used dirty ones, truck still has a lot of water all over it at the end. Considering canceling my membership and going elsewhere

I will admit... my black Lincoln MKS EcoBoost was dirty after relocating from Montana to Idaho. The car was simply wasnt what I expected. Most good washes start with a human applied pre-soak, which was sparsely sprayed on and little to no pressure wash to get the grime off before the ride through the tunnel. I expected for a $25 wash, for it to be somewhat different from a normal wash... the auto machines don't do the job that could be done when they dont prep the car first. I will be soon canceling my membership your unlimited plan is falsely advertised they denied me after two washes! Remind me again what unlimited means some people go of roading and need more then one wash.I think its time to switch back to mister car wash if the unlimited plan isnt unlimited
