I lived there from 2007-2011. Wasn't impressed. Overpriced. Have been applying everywhere to find residence.....Blueberry Hill asked for a $145 holding fee if an apt. came available..no guarantee to get one. Decided to move to Milton, tried to get back my holding deposit.........non-refundable which I did not know about. They got $145 for doing NOTHING.
