John was great! So professional and found what was wrong right away. I told him that he had made my day although, I don’t think he believed me. Yesterday Blue Yeti came back and installed my new water heater and Jacob did a wonderful job. Even after a glitch they regrouped and got it installed. It was so nice to see professionals at work!
