Blue woods and Mr. Greg Delanoy has managed 880 West 181st for 15 yearsand I must say Greg has preformed and always goes beyond his mean. His response time is impecable expertise in staffing, insurance, budgets but his response time is by far the best I have seen. EVER!!
I have been in a building managed by bluewoods for 10+ years and Greg is the best agent and he is always nice and helpful.
Not shocking based on all other reviews that this company is really terrible at their job. They take no responsibility for the in the building they manage and all of the stress and anguish they cause their elderly tenants of 30 years. I would never move into a building that is managed by this company and cant wait to get out of the one we are currently in.
