Bad! They dont reply when you email them!!!
I've been at 736 W 186th for 11 years and the response times are negligent. My experiences with the Blue Woods representative here could not be further from the descriptions below. Not a fan. Perhaps they pick and choose who they respond to.
Our Board recently selected this management company to oversee Channing Place, but unfortunately, the experience so far has been disappointing. The Property Manager is rarely on-site and has not demonstrated responsiveness to resident concerns. Despite multiple complaints regarding the Superintendent’s failure to meet basic contractual obligations, the PM dismisses these issues, claiming to see him working during brief visits.
