The pricing at this jewelry shop in Saugatuck was actually fair, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. The employee who helped me was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like I was a burden just for asking a few basic questions. No smile, no courtesy, just attitude. It felt like they didn’t want my business at all. With so many other shops around offering similar products, I’d recommend going somewhere that actually values their customers. I won’t be back.

HIGHLY recommend this cute, small jewelry store! I was in town for a bachelorette trip and actually meant to take the girls to another store. We got lucky and the store had a deal of buy 4, get 2 free so everyone in our group was able to get gold necklaces at an affordable rate. We can't wait to go back!

Visited on trip to Michigan for Bachlorette, all the girls loved this shop! we all bought something, the cutest jewelry and good prices/deals. the owner was so sweet and helped us with any questions we had. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re visiting the area!!
