Update 12/2/2025, there has been no contact from Blue Wave Pools. The owner has not reached out or made any attempt to address the ongoing issues, despite his public response claiming he would. The concrete is now in even worse condition — with spreading cracks, holes, and severe discoloration (see attached photos). My review reflects the current state of the pool deck and the complete lack of accountability more than a year after the issues were first reported. Our experience with Blue Wave Pools and its owner, Matt, has been extremely disappointing, particularly with the concrete decking. The problems started almost immediately after installation in 2024. Cracks appeared within weeks, and strange stains spread across the surface. I reported these issues multiple times. In March–April 2024, Matt acknowledged the concerns, forwarded photos to the subcontractor, and mentioned epoxy/grout fixes after an inspection by American Leak Detection. Matt and his team never disappoint. I was skeptical about caring for a pool and ventured out with his support and the good LORD’S prompt. Matt was right… with the set up they use there is very little maintenance even for novices like my husband and me. The benefits have far out, weighed the expense and angst. We absolutely love our pool. We use it almost every day even during the rainy season we swim before or after the rain.
