Do not use this pool company, I was selling a house and wasn't living in Venice anymore. They took advantage of me and Bluewave sent me a bill for one month for $1000.00. I called them and politely asked if they made a mistake, after being cussed out by the owner and threatened to be taken to collections, I hung up with him. I repeat, do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off.
I never write bad reviews but after my recent experience I have no choice. I called for a pool installation and Steve scheduled a consultation which I couldn’t make it to. My wife met with him and won’t stop telling me how much of a disgusting creep he was. BEWARE Steve and this company are pure creeps. My wife has been crying for days because this guy tried touching her multiple times. DO NOT USE BLUE WAVE POOL SPA or if you do... make sure you’re not alone.
