Dr Maro is an artist and I told him that however any artist is only as good as their admin and I feel ignored and make repeated requests that are not followed and it takes multiple complaints and requests to get Dr Maro to return my calls to complain to him personally, so I know he received them (many and the same thing happening over and over and over) and to make sure I was not blocked by the person I want to complain about! Very pleased with everything. Been coming for many years.
We chose Dr. Maro to treat our daughter for her braces. It was a 1.5 yr process in which we had to wait for her baby teeth to fall out/be extracted. Dr. M is very consultative and will do what's best for the patient. While orthodontia has become very marketing-driven, Dr. M sticks to medical-necessity as the basis for his recommendations. Dr Maro went out of his way to see my son in an emergency this Friday. He is a skilled orthodontist and great with kids. We are so lucky to have found him and his practice! I highly recommend him.
