I have taken my truck to different car washes, this is not my first time taking it to one of these carwashes. When I go to a new one the first thing I do is ask what their clearance is and they either say it will fit or it won't fit. This is Peter the Gen Mgr and unfortunately this is the first I’ve heard of this. Yes this is unfortunate but.... it can be taken care of! Thank God no one was injured or hurt and it’s just a blown tire that CN and WILL be fixed! I’m really sorry you feel the way you do and need to judge our establishment the way you ave over an accident? They happen! It will be fixed! If you want a spot to knock off some dust on your car then it's GTG. If you looking for quality clean then no. For months I have used my unlimited monthly wash and each time it's just worse (Middletown). They use the brushes and then I drive through only to have to still go over the whole car and get all the dirt spots that is always missed. Whole back of my SUV still dirty. Whole bottom panel still dirty. Again..if you want to knock dust off cool.

Since deejays became blue wave in bristol the place has fallen apart, i would say only 1 out of 3 times i go there it goes without issue.. The machines constantly eat your money, or are broken, or leak water all over you, or are out of soap, or the water coming out of the gun is oily and leaves your car with a dirty film on it, or the hoses are so worn the metal lining sticks out and slices your hand or the machines shut off 30 seconds after they start and you get stuck with a car full of soap.
