The pool men don't seem to like their job. They seem just to do the minimal amount of work. Forgetting to clean my skimmer and lie to the regional manager that he did it. They don't clean the bottom of my pool very well and they charge for the chemicals separate from the monthly fee because they say that there is a shortage of chemicals but when is the shortage going to over? They have been charging that since the pandemic.
