The staff goes above and beyond, this is my family's go to for urgent care, especially after terrible experiences at other nearby UCs!!
Very efficient and addressed my issue perfectly
I absolutely adore dr. Monika! She is such a caring, wonderful human being. She recognized me and my family after not seeing us for a least a year. She has always taken all my concerns for myself and family seriously and actually helps. Her staff is extremely friendly and the place is always clean. I’ve never left a visit after seeing Dr. Monika disappointed or unheard. I’d give her 1000 stars if I could!
I had a great experience at Blue Water Urgent Care in New Baltimore. Dr. Chris and the front desk staff were kind, compassionate, and attentive, making me feel well cared for from the start. They took me right in, No wait time. I received a breathing treatment and a steroid shot. I felt significantly better before even leaving.
