The best seafood cafeteria restaurant ! Their seafood is fresh and tasty. You can choose your fish and put it in a plate, salad, sandwich, or taco! They have a variety of fish avaialable. Don't forget to order some appetizers like the calimari and the garlic bread.
DON'T BE FOOLED! – I was really looking forward to trying this place out based on the reviews. We did not last for 5 minutes, the staff is extremely rude and guests are fighting over tables because the policy is to order first. I was with my family and did not want them to wait in line while i was ordering so i had them sit down. We were ready to sample some cool dishes out because i am an executive chef and enjoy other foodie spots.I am sure the bill would have been $$$$! The server marched over to my wife and 6 year old da... read more
All hype, reality less than good! – After seeing Blue Water Seafood featured on Food TV, I thought, WOW, got to go. So we went. What a let down! Ordered the Chioppino and the clam chowder to start. Tasted like something out of a can. The Chioppino was loaded with small bones, and way overcooked and rather tasteless. The clam chowder was mostly POTATOE chowder. Ok, then ordered the red snapper and the tuna. Nothing special, like hospital food. Add to the fact that we waited in line for 30 min, had to fight for a table, it was... read more
Best Fish and Chips – Saw this place on Drive ins, Diners and Dives. You can get the fish and chips either grilled or fried. Grilled is the way to go, so fresh and light without being battered just great. The clam chowder I can only say the very best and I always try clam chowder at seafood restaurants.
Fresh Seafood – This is the best place for fish tacos. However, because it is so popular I recommend calling in your order and eating it at home or across the street in the El Indio patio.
Fresh grilled fish at affordable prices in a no-frills setting at the base of Mission Hills. – In Short This casual eatery and fish market doesn't offer much atmosphere but the fast food style of ordering and paper plates don't seem to matter once you taste the food. Proudly proclaiming, "all we do is fish," the chefs prepare chowder and cioppino from scratch daily and offer more than a dozen types of fresh fish for grilling or takeout. Appetizers include jumbo shrimp cocktails and oysters on the half shell.
