This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They hold no responsibility what so ever for anything they do. I have asked 5 times to get a call back from the owner of this company so I wouldn't have to write this review and nothing. Three different times they didn't get the house cleaned for the next tenants. All I want them to do is refund the money to those renters that paid for a service that didn't happen. Do not use this company. I sent an email and called. They do not respond. That is not good for rental management.
We had a great experience with this company. The property we stayed in was clean & had a beautiful ocean view. Location was perfect with many nearby restaurants & boutiques. Communication was excellent, we will definitely use this company for other stays while on the MS gulf coast.
Melanie and her team manage and oversee the short term rentals for our property in Long Beach, MS. They do a great job keeping it rented, keeping it fresh and clean and responding to our renters before , during and after their stay. I appreciate everything they do.
Rented a property on VRBO from this property management company. Had the reservation for 20 days, I repeat 20 days! I sent an email on day 12 asking to extend one day, no response. Send another email request on day 18, no response. Day 20 I call and the woman I spoke to said the property was available for the day before and the steps to go online and modify my reservation and that she would approve it. Get an email about 5 minutes later that says my reservation has now been canceled due to a double booking!! I can’t even say... read more
