Even tho I have told them numerous times that I’m not interested in the products, opted out of all their texts, told several sales agents to stop contacting me, they still call several times a day and often multiple times within and hour period. Borderline harassment from this company. Clearly they don’t listen to the people they view as potential clients. I would have possibly been interested down the road but will definitely be going elsewhere to spend my money.
Dan was professional, listened to me and prioritized what I thought was important, and put extra time and energy into problem solving and electrical issue even though he knew I could not pay him for it. And he charged a fair price just like he said he would.
