I am very disspointed in Blue Water Pools. Their service has gone down hill rapidly. I have been using them for several years. Recently I needed a water leak repair and they recomended Advanced Leak Detection. They repaired the water leak but left the system with air being sucked in so much the pump does not run. After many calls and them canceling I called Blue Water back, and set up an appointment as they said they would fix that. We called this company out to look at a pool light. The guy said the pool light needed to be replaced but he could not do it that day. But what he did want to show me was the pool pump needed to be replaced. He could fit that into his schedule, but not the light. He did replace the pump and put me on the "schedule" for the light to be replaced. Two months later, they did not know what I was talking about when I called asking when the light was going to be replaced. Now the next pool service company said the light was not on ... read more
