Called 4 times in 4 days and never got a call back. When you call you never get person just we will call you back which did not happen.
They repeatedly take forever to refill a prescription (it takes multiple calls). This last time has been 9 days. I made 2 trips into the office to inquire and several phone calls. I was told the script was sent in (it was verified by pharm tech nothing was ever sent). Finally I was told the Dr has to see me first. Soooo, I guess I was lied to about the script being sent in.
