They repeatedly take forever to refill a prescription (it takes multiple calls). This last time has been 9 days. I made 2 trips into the office to inquire and several phone calls. I was told the script was sent in (it was verified by pharm tech nothing was ever sent). Finally I was told the Dr has to see me first. Soooo, I guess I was lied to about the script being sent in.
The lady on the phone is very rude to me I've been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month and resolve everything with you guys I would like a supervisor to call me and talk to me if you guys don't want to accept me as a patient understandable at least give me closure I would never recommend you to my friends and family you guys are really rude to the clients
Dr. Landphair is very good at his field. He treats my wife as well. Nurses Ashley and Courtney are very caring, and they're twins also. I highly reccomend this clinic.
I'm beginning to think that pain management doctors are sub human because they lack highly in compassion, the ability to listen/hear what someone is telling them, judgemental, no concern for patients feelings at all, only concerned with how many minutes of their time that you're taking up.
