Unresponsive on call backs. Drove boat over fine left with more problems. Found ground wires back of boat not reconnected. Few others as well. Gave me a list of things that were wrong with it still when I left. Including “hard” steering. In fact the steering was busted. No way they didn’t know that when they test run it. You couldn’t turn the boat right.
These guys are very helpful and knowledgeable about all things Yanmar! I have a small 1GM10 in my sailboat and they always treat me well.
I contacted Blue Water Marine because I needed some maintenance done on my sailboat. Warren was very knowledgeable about diesel engines. He ordered the parts I needed and had my boat completed soon after. Very professional and great work.
Thank you so much Warren and Todd. These guys serviced our boat in a week with daily communication and updates so that it would ready for Fathers day weekend. Fantastic service and communication . I'm an hour away from the shop but I wont take our boat for service any where else. Well done and Thank you.
