Our parent was in hospice care for four days. After her passing 5 days ago we have not received a single condolence or acknowledgment of our loss from this establishment. Hospice is supposed to provide not only medical support but emotional support for families as they navigate the final stage of life. Getting the ball rolling to begin hospice is time sensitive and BWH was exceptionally quick. Sheila the liason holds a very important job and she does it well. In a time where the last thing you want is to be chasing paperwork around, we are incredibly grateful we did not have to worry about a thing through them. The entire staff was excellent- available, compassionate, and extremely helpful from beginning to end. All staff should be very proud of themselves. My daughter in law Jennifer Brisbois was under your care. Even though I did not have the privilege of meeting the staff, my son Kevin stated everyone was absolutely wonderful, caring and very professional. Being a retired Hospice Rn myself I know from experience how important the care is that you provide. Again thank you so much
The most caring staff! Our brother's last days were filled by people who really cared for him and our our family. We were treated with love, dignity and respect in those end days. He had the best last days of his life thanks to the loving staff. We are forever grateful! You rock!
My family has nothing but admirable things to say about the facility and the wonderful staff. They took such great care of my dad up to the minute that he took his last breath. I would highly recommended Blue Water Hospice to anyone that has a loved one that they want to insure they are treated with love and respect.
