I recently had a very disappointing interaction with Trevor and his assistant at Blue Water Heating & Air. We live downtown and our A/C went out on a Friday afternoon. At the suggestion of our property manager, we contacted Blue Water and were told that they had an appointment at 7pm but could come out after they finished that appointment.
