The food is very good, but there's more to a restaurant than the meal itself -- such as convenience. When my party of three arrived at 2 p.m. for lunch, I went to the men's room and was surprised to see two completely empty rolls of toilet paper in the stall. I went up to a worker at the bar adjacent to the restroom to alert them that the restroom lacked this most basic of necessities.
