Originally installed glass in our shower and it spontaneously shattered in the middle of the night. Called him to replace it and he took our $710 deposit and 5 months later no glass and won't return calls, emails, messages... I'm not the only one he has screwed over. Brad Misner is a thief!
Company was very responsive to our enquiry, came and took measurements, seemed fine. Required payment for the project in full. Said delivery in 4-6 weeks. I paid in full (naive I guess). Never heard from them again. That was 7 months ago. Won’t respond to emails or call back when I leave a VM.
