EVERY SINGLE TIME my vehicles have been in the SHOP. They seem to have stripped something out on my car. Not tighten the bolts or flat just just dont seem to care. 100% done with this dealership. They obviously do not take pride in what they do. Sold me a car with a cracked windshield. left my oil leaking and top over left loose. When the salesman and manager tell deliberate lies to make a sale we won't be returning. Sad. We have purchased three cars from here in the last three years and the staff is not willing to fix a wrong they made. Won't be returning and would not recommend.
Bob Kidd was awesome ! Best experience we’ve had shopping for a vehicle, he even showed me how everything works in the vehicle we purchased ... we bought a car from Cawood last year and got screwed completely over on a 20,000 dollar vehicle that had nothing but problems since we bought it! Blue water Chrysler is definitely the place to buy, amazing customer service !
I want to thank Sherm and Steve for really helping me out the last few days. They took great care of me and made sure I was satisfied with my trade in value and my new vehicle. We’ll definitely be back when our other vehicle is due for an upgrade!
