Working with Rob, and Blue View pools was an absolute pleasure. Rob was very responsive and informative about the whole process. I needed an acid wash, while performing the acid wash. Rob and Nathan also went above and beyond to replace my pool light and were able to install a new LED light as well. I recommend anyone to Blue View pools based on the experience I had working with them!

We cancelled service and he went into our account and took the money out as we are cancelling service with him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And overcharged for a pool drain. 350 for drain and and new chemical but my pool kept getting algae in it real bad. Had new company come out test the pool and none of the startup chemicals were put in the pool after the drain and clean but I was charged this company will rip you off.

We started using Rob's service when we 1st moved into our new Home 2 years ago. We enjoyed not having to take care of the pool ourselves not knowing really how to handle a salt water filtration system. The pool was doing great, we loved Rob..then Rob turned over to 2 other guys to handle our route. They were never on time, were scheduled for Thursday's they moved it to Friday's than they showed up some Saturdays then they wanted to push it to Monday's.Very frustrating when you want to use your pool on the weekend. Horrible experience with this company! I am in complete shock at how the owner speaks to his customers. I say customers as my mother had a very bad experience with this company as well. Rob seemed nice and ensured me my pool would be in pristine condition so I chose to stick it out and hope my service was better. I am very sad to say that this was a very bad decision. Stay away from this company, the owner is hot tempered, out of control and runs a shady business. I requested someone to come out to my pool and give me a price, however without my authorization they took the pressure valve off my pump and forgot to tighten it back down which caused a significant crack in my pump (now leaving me to replace it completely.)
