These guys in the service department at Blue Valley Tractor are awesome! I’ve had a recurring issue with one of my mower’s for over a year…I had taken it to several different shops and after about a thousand dollars and a bunch of wild goose chases, I finally did what I should have done all along and took it to Blue Valley. My mower would not start last evening. I called after hours and left a message to return my call today. The service manager returned my call within minutes and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I delivered my mower back to them this morning and they fixed it while I waited within 20 minutes. Free of charge to me as it was still under warranty turned out the starter was bad. I feel like they really went above and beyond to resolve my issue in a very quick fashion.

I was quoted up front a price for 2 belts And that’s what they charged me !!! I wanted to trade off the mower because it was to big they told me I would be better off to sell it on the open market ya gotta love HONESTY!!
Bought a new Wright stand on mower for my son in law. Chris was patient and gave us the time needed to answer our questions. I was also impressed with their operations. Paul
